Group MAES sells Urbis (Gent Zuid) to ING REAL ESTATE
Groupmaes and its Dutch partner Strukton Bouw & Vastgoed sold the Urbis Ghent South complex to ING Real Estate.
Ghent South comprises 11,000 m² of retail shops, 13,990 m² of office space, 18 apartments and 251 parking spots.
The complex was entirely developed by Groupmaes and Strukton (De Meyer) (1994). |
